Standard jobs are our ordinary listings. We charge (+VAT) per click we send from these jobs.
If you have bid more than (+VAT) on a job, and it's highly relevant to a jobseekers search, it may appear as a sponsored job in our listings.
The decision on which jobs appear as sponsored for a search is dependent on relevancy and the maximum bid. Sponsored jobs will be sorted by maximum bid.
If your job is not selected as a sponsored job for a search, you'll only be charge standard rate if a jobseeker clicks on it.
